Refund policy

We do not accept returns of opened packages, you can choose to return your unopened package in case you dont need it anymore and we will process the refund into your source account. We will replace your order in case there is a quality issue with your order on case to case basis. We try to ensure there is no issue with your order by checking the teas twice before shipping and also when it enters our warehouse. Refunds are offered only on cancellation.
